Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens, but we ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late arrivals
Please notify us if you're running late! After 15 minutes, we may have to reschedule.
What You Need to Know
Arrive with clean skin: If possible, arrive without makeup or skincare products. Also, please avoid using any active ingredients (Acids like glycolic, salicylic, mandelic, azelaic, retinoids like retinol, tretinoin, and BHA/AHA products) at least 3 days before your appointment.
Overusing actives or layering them too close to your treatment can overstress your skin and increase the risk of sensitivity or reactions. Giving your skin a little break ensures the best experience and results for you!
Chemical Peels or Stronger Treatments
If you are booked for a chemical peel or a more intensive treatment, you may need to stop using active ingredients for at least 7 days prior to your treatment.
Avoid Sun Exposure
No sun exposure 48 hours before your appointment. Please apply SPF daily to protect your skin - before and after your treatment.
Health & Skin Conditions
Let us know if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have any skin conditions/allergies.
Solo Visits
For a peaceful experience, please come alone to your appointment.
